Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, meet the needs of today's veterans, and improve the quality of life.
The S.B. Elks Lodge focuses on benevolent, educational, and patriotic community-minded programs benefitting children with special needs; providing scholarships for high schoolers; encouraging drug awareness education programs; scouting; athletic teams; veterans' works; a national "Hoop Shoot" free-throw contest; physical and occupational therapy programs; and a variety of patriotic programs.

Creative craft-making night for all members and their guests. Various free artistic events are scheduled throughout the year.
Activities have included, but not limited to, decoupage seashells, decorative napkin folding, paper rose heart wall art, beaded hummingbird perches, card holders, paper purses, vision boards, charcuterie boards, and more.
